ABOUT US
Royal Family KIDS is a constantly growing branch of For the Children. For the Children is a non-profit organization based out of Santa Ana, California. FTC began as Royal Family KIDS in 1985 as a summer camp for children from hard places with the goal of making moments matter. Today, Royal Family KIDS Camps operate in over 250 locations across North America and in 12 different countries as a branch of FTC. For the Children focuses on creating a world that is free of childhood trauma through mentoring programs, foster & adoption, community outreach, and summer camps like Royal Family KIDS.
Royal Family KIDS, Putnam County - previously known as, Royal Family KIDS, Huntington - has been serving children in the Tri-State area for over 15 years. Each summer, we serve an average of 30 - 40 children who are or have been in the foster system/kinship home or have experienced abuse or neglect. Royal Family KIDS operates with 60-80 trained volunteers each summer during our week long camp. Royal Family KIDS Camp is a ministry of New Heights Church.
